Conveniently located in close proximity to the Langara-49th Avenue SkyTrain Station, Marco Polo aspires to address the growing demand for well-designed office spaces in Vancouver’s emerging downtown hub.

In addition to its desirable location and proximity to transit, Marco Polo will meet new workplace demands by offering over 10,000 square feet of exclusive workplace and wellness amenities, such as a fully-equipped fitness center, yoga and Pilates studio, sauna room, a coworking lounge, double-height atrium to name a few.
